Ever heard about webkinz? Well after barbies its the next big thing in the little world of kids and even adults too.
Webkinz are stuffed animals(not real!) originally released by Ganz Gift company in 1995. The toys are similar to many other small plush toys, however they come with a special code on their labels that allows access to the "Webkinz World" which is a website to "adopt" a virtual version of the pet for virtual interaction. There are also smaller versions of the toys called "Lil' Kinz".
Webkinz world is a fun world where work is fun and kids can care for their pets,feed them,play with them and chat securely. these toys which range from cheese monkeys,frogs and elephants to unicorns.
With the secret codes,kids can logon to webkinz world with their pets and adopt and name their pets.,play games,earn money to buy food for their pets and even read stories.A bit like sims or facebook pets.
Upon the adoption of the pet, certain items are unique to the pet. After their tenth, fifteenth, twentieth, and every fifth adoption thereafter, the user will receive their choice of any of the SuperBeds. Much of the gameplay involves the earning and spending of Kinzcash. Earning Kinzcash involves playing multiple minigames, including quizzes and arcade games. Each pet also has levels of happiness, health, and hunger that increase as time is spent with that Webkinz pet. They can be increased by feeding regular food or pet specific food, playing with, exercising, bathing the pet, putting it into its bed to sleep, and answering surveys. If these meters get too low, the virtual pet may get sick, so it must go to the doctor and be treated with special medicine The online game is free to use for one year after the purchase of the first toy, then a user must enter a new code from another pet. There is a grace period of 30 days during which users can still access their accounts after which their account will be deactivated. Their pets, Kinzcash, and other items will be kept intact for a minimum of 30 days after the account has been deactivated. If the user does not re-enter the code within that period, the account will be deleted unless renewed Adopting a new pet will give the user another year of access.In the summer of 2007, Ganz introduced sets of Webkinz trading cards and charms to further augment the toys' gameplay. Much like the toy line, the trading cards and charms codes that allow access to additional content on the website. The codes that are supplied with the charms allow access to the site's "charm forest". Ganz released other Webkinz-themed accessories in Fall 2007, such as clothing which includes website codes.
Webkinz recently introduced the “KinzStyle Shop” - a store in Webkinz world where you can buy exclusive clothing. Sounds good, right? Unfortunately, you can only go to the KinzStyle shop if you have bought a real item of Webkinz clothing. When you purchase a pair of pants, or a shirt or costume, there will also be a secret code in the package. This is only the case for the clothing that Ganz has made - many enterprising folks have made clothes that fit Webkinz, but only the official clothes from Ganz will have the code. When you enter the code into the Codeshop, you will “unlock” that clothing item for your virtual pet to have- it will show up in your dock.
It is mainly designed for children 13-16 years.It just costs about 9$ for a small animal and 13$ for a large animal.Webkinz usually retires the animals after sometime and releases new ones.Sometimes retired animals are brought back.There are some webkinz like the reindeer which come every christhmas.So watch out for the reindeer Webkinz this Christmas.black cats are available only during Halloween and sherbet bunny during easter.

How can you people like this stuff? Do you realize all that they're doing is ripping you off just for their own gain? So you buy a stuffed animal for about $10, then you enter it into the website. What's wrong with a regular stuffed animal for a little kid? If you say, "Oooooh! You can get furnature and clothes, too," then do you realize that they're just making you waste more money by buying clothes?
And when I was reading this article, I noticed something about "super-beds," and that you have to buy even more stuffed animals, wasting even more money. What's a super-bed, anyway? A bed that is bigger or looks nicer than a regular bed that you wasted money on a stuffed animal to get?
I babysit some kids who do this and I discovered that new mini-games (which I watched being played and don't look even remotely entertaining) can only be played if you have the "pet of the month." What kind of crap is that? Ganz is making you think that you need to spend even more money to play games to get FAKE money so you can buy FAKE furniture for your NON-LIVING computer animal! Fun isn't something that's bought!

And yes, I agree that these stuffed animals are overpriced, but some of us enjoy collecting them and playing with our virtual pets in an online game. In my opinion, Webkinz is very fun, and the stuffed animals are very collectable and cute. So for those of you who are submitting senselessly nasty comments and swearing like idiots -- grow up, mind your own business, and get the heck out of here! If you hate Webkinz with a passion, just keep all those disgusting comments to yourself, because we Webkinz fans don't want to hear them.And for the people complaining about the codes not working, these are old codes, and Ganz might have updated their site so certain overused codes are no longer compatible. Try downloading Cheat Engine if you are looking to cheat on Webkinz; if you know what you're doing, Cheat Engine is the best for getting tons of Kinzcash (but beware, you could possibly get your account banned). But I've used it, and so far I haven't been banned. I find it rather disappointing that the duplicating item cheats don't seem to work anymore though. . .

1. go to arcade and click operation gumball
2. click normal play
3. click 1 player game (only choice)
4. type in random numbers until a green ball comes
5. when you get a gree ball to come keep typing in that number(or risk it and keep gessing to further get the number right for more points)
6.if you got a green ball to come then when the glass breaks type in the number it shows on the machine
7. it will say great job the farther you go the more kash u get i got over 300 kash once-cooda gotten more but my gesses were not tht accurate lol...i am not sure tho if it is a cheat or a super easy way to get kash but it works....ur choice to do it do nottttt cal me a lyer cuz i am not it works so....watevs bye...

I've never heard of these before very recently, and now I want one! I don't know if I'll use the Webkinz cheat codes though, I'd hate to pay for a Webkinz toy and then have my account banned or something..
